Duties to include but not limited to:
Accounts Payable Accounts Recievable Customer Service Shipping Order Entry Job Entry This position works under the direction of the Office Manager.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Accounting Degree, Finance Degree, Accounting Experience or Bookkeeping Experience is preferred but not required Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Strong computer skills:
spreadsheets and database Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible and open to change Stable and progressive work history Results oriented Detail oriented Hard-working Productive Efficient Team-Oriented Desire to continually learn and grow Reliable Able to multi-task Able to work with minimal supervision Able to maintain strict confidentiality Ability to learn and run a multi-line phone system including taking messages and transferring calls What we are proud to offer you:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
